4x4 Electric, LLC was founded in 2007, under the main principle that “customer service comes first”.
Customer Service has become the focus after years of hearing stories from customers about technicians that just do the minimal work or look for the “easy” way to finish a job, not talking with the customer to find out their needs and possible future expansion. In that time we have also found many cases of poor workmanship and signs of technicians that do not clean up their work area after they have completed the assigned task.
At 4x4 Electric, our technicians will meet with the customer and discuss the project, usually trying to give the customer different options to reach their final goal. When complete the technician will review the job with the customer to make sure they are completely satisfied with the work done. The technician will then clean up his work area – nothing is left behind – sometimes the area is left cleaner than it was before we arrived.
With more than 12 years electrical experience and over 20 years experience in data/telecom, 4x4 electric has the knowledge to handle a wide variety of projects, from troubleshooting to full build outs.
